Gettin back on shape

Trying to get back on shape after living for a year and a half between Switzerland and Paris, where I ate all kind of delicious pastry and drank wine almost every day, well lets just say that even if I walked a lot, I gained some pounds.
 So, now that I'm back in Mexico City it's time to hit the gym and get back on track. (So hard, specially at the beginning).
I have been hitting the gym every day doing an hour of cardio and recently I started with yoga, to improve my flexibility so let's see how it goes…
All you need for motivation is to choose an amazing gym outfit and some cute colorful training shoes to get some motivation.
Once I bought my cute outfit, I felt more motivated to start :)

Exercising is for everyone, even if you can't afford those expensive fitness centers (cause yes, yoga classes or gym memberships can be quite expensive) you can still go running to the nearest park, even through the streets of the city (just watching out the red lights, we dont want any crash accident) or even just looking at those amazing free videos on youtube with a lot of great exercise routines.
